When the school grades came out over the summer it was point gap from being a “B” school, Mr. Symonds and the Lead team believe that the mission of bringing our scores to an “A” is possible. We not only expeclear that the Raiders were moving up. With only a sevenrienced great improvement but stood out in our district for our accomplishments. How is it done? Good leadership, good teaching, and great students who want to learn. We have the winning combination to make it to the top this year. The school score is a measure of every student who has put forth the effort to be their best. |
All schools in Putnam County are currently accredited by SACS. To earn accreditation, a school must meet SACS quality standards; implement a school improvement plan that focuses on increasing student performance; and be evaluated by an outside group of professional educators. A review committee will evaluate our schools for district accreditation in October 2008. If you would like more information or would like to be a part of the district team to help prepare for accreditation, please contact me at 329-0538.
